Griffin Laughridge has over 20 years of financial services experience focusing primarily on providing capital to business owners for a wide variety of projects. Griffin enjoys working with owners in a consultative manner to discuss cash flow cycles/needs for their business as well as their company growth plans/strategy and particularly likes being part of the process of helping entrepreneurs succeed. The realization of their dreams and the resulting benefits to the local economy (providing jobs and services for individuals in their communities) is especially impactful for their family, friends and community. Griffin holds a BA from UNC-W and completed the UNC School of Banking.

He is also active in the community, serving as treasurer for the Garner Economic Development Corporation and a board member of Beyond the Gate Missions. When not assisting a business owner with their borrowing needs, you’ll most likely find Griffin at the soccer fields with one of his 3 children. In his nearly non-existent spare time Griffin also enjoys spending time with his wife of more than 20 years, soccer, hiking, and coaching/youth development.
